Arrival Information

Be on the lookout for U.S. Conference of Mayors volunteers throughout your trip. Their job is to assist you from the moment you arrive until you bid us farewell.

Airport Arrival Transportation
Complimentary transportation from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) to the Hilton Union Square will be provided on Thursday, June 18, and Friday, June 19, every 20 minutes from 8:00am to 10:00pm. The last shuttle of the day will depart SFO for the Hilton at 10:00pm both days.

Airport Departure Transportation
Complimentary return transportation from the Hilton Union Square to San Francisco International Airport (SFO) will be provided only on Tuesday, June 23, every 20 minutes from 5:00am to 6:00pm. Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to load your bags. The last shuttle will depart from the Hilton at 6:00pm.

Event Shuttle Transportation
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from any official offsite USCM events. There will be staff and volunteers in the lobby to guide you to the buses.
